- Custom-designed jewelry, engraved items, or special orders.
- Earrings (due to hygiene concerns).

- Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or alteration.
Return Process
Damaged or Incorrect Items Then only Eligible for Return:
- Request a Return: Contact us at+1 647 975 8108 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Secure Packaging: Use original packaging and ensure the jewelry is properly secured to avoid damage during return shipping.
- Shipping Requirements:
- Use an insured, trackable shipping method.
- Include the RA number on the shipping label.
- Inspection: Returns are inspected upon receipt. Allow 3–5 business days for the inspection process.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed based on availability.
- Any price difference for the exchange item will be settled before shipping.
