2. Why No Refunds?
High Value & Customization: Diamonds and fine jewelry often involve personal selection and significant customization, making it impossible to resell as new.
Hygiene Considerations: Jewelry items may come into contact with the skin, which prevents them from being resold for hygiene reasons.
Fairness: This policy ensures consistent treatment of all customers while preserving the integrity of our products.
3. Exchange Policy (If Applicable)
While refunds are not permitted, we offer exchanges credit in certain cases.
Eligibility Requirements:
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags, certificates (e.g., GIA reports), and packaging intact.
The exchange request must be made within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Custom-made jewelry, engraved items, or items modified upon request are not eligible for exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to ensure every piece meets the highest quality standards. If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Notification Period: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Inspection Process: Items will be inspected by our quality control team to verify the defect.
Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will offer one of the following options at no additional cost:
- Repair of the item.
- Replacement with the same or comparable item.
- Product credit for future purchases (in rare cases where repair or replacement isn’t possible).
5. Custom & Special Orders
No Refunds or Exchanges: Custom-designed jewelry, engraved items, or products altered to meet specific customer requirements are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Approval Process: Customers will be provided with a detailed design plan for approval before work begins. Once approved, the sale is final.
6. Resizing Services
We understand that sizing can be an issue with jewelry.
Free Resizing: We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase (limitations may apply based on design).
Additional Charges: Subsequent resizing will incur a fee. Some designs may not be eligible for resizing.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For any exchange or repair service, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
